Farmstead Gastronomy


What better venue to explore the art of transforming milk into cheese or butter, or developing the skills to preserve fruits and vegetables?  Our Farmstead Gastronomy classes will start in the Spring and will be limited to 10 students per class. 

The 2 hour classes offered will include:

Cheese Making 101
Preserving the Harvest
Seed Sprouting
DIY Mustard
